Shipping Policy

Free shipping on every order

Every Thinkly order ships free across India. There is no minimum order value and no hidden charges at checkout. The price you see on the product page is the price you pay.

Processing and dispatch

Orders are processed and dispatched from our Bangalore facility within 1–2 business days of payment confirmation. You will receive an email confirmation once your order is placed and a second notification with your tracking details once your order is dispatched.

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next business day.

Delivery timelines

• Bangalore and surrounding areas: 2–4 business days
• Major metro cities (Mumbai, Delhi, Chennai, Hyderabad, Pune, Kolkata): 4–6 business days
• Tier 2 and Tier 3 cities: 5–7 business days
• Remote and rural areas: 7–10 business days

Tracking your order

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking link via email. You can use this link to follow your shipment in real time through our courier partner's website.

If you have not received a tracking link within 3 business days of placing your order, please write to us at hello@thinklytoys.com with your order number.

Damaged or incorrect orders

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at hello@thinklytoys.com with your order number and a photograph of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.

Undelivered orders

If delivery is unsuccessful due to an incorrect address or the order is unclaimed, it will be returned to our facility. We will contact you to confirm your address and arrange re-delivery. Re-delivery charges may apply in such cases.
