Got questions?
Everything you need to know.
Is Thinkly only for children?
Not at all. Adults find Thinkly Flow just as absorbing — it is the kind of hands-on challenge that engages anyone who loves figuring things out. Many parents tell us they end up building alongside their kids.
Can I mix pieces from different kits?
Absolutely. All Thinkly Flow pieces are fully compatible across every kit. Start with the Starter Kit and add the Master Kit later — every single block works together. Your first purchase is never wasted.
What wood is used and is it safe?
We use kiln-dried beech wood — dense, stable, and humidity-resistant. Chosen specifically for India's monsoon conditions, where cheaper woods warp and tunnels misalign. All finishes are non-toxic and child-safe. Pieces are sanded smooth with no sharp edges.
How long will a child stay engaged?
Thinkly Flow is designed for open-ended play — there is no finish line. Children typically engage for 20 to 45 minutes per session. The Think Cards provide fresh challenges that extend engagement over weeks and months. Many children return to it daily.
Is the marble safe for children aged 3+?
Yes. Our marbles are sized specifically to be safe for children 3 years and above. As with all small parts, adult supervision is recommended for younger children. Thinkly Flow is labelled Age 3+ in compliance with toy safety standards.
