We make every effort to display product images and descriptions accurately. However, minor variations in colour may occur due to photography conditions or screen settings. These do not constitute a defect.

3. Orders and payment

An order placed on thinklytoys.com constitutes an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including in cases of suspected fraud, pricing errors, or unavailability.

Payment is processed securely through our payment partner. We accept UPI, credit and debit cards, and net banking. By providing payment information, you confirm that you are authorised to use the payment method.

You will receive an order confirmation email upon successful payment. This email is confirmation of your order, not confirmation of dispatch.

4. Shipping and delivery

All orders include free shipping across India. Estimated delivery times are 5–7 business days from dispatch. These are estimates and not guarantees.

Risk of loss and title for products pass to you upon delivery to the shipping address provided at checkout. Please ensure your delivery details are accurate. We are not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

• User-submitted content (such as build ideas submitted via the website) may be shared by Thinkly with credit

7. Limitation of liability

Thinkly products are designed and tested to meet toy safety standards for children aged 3 and above. Adult supervision is recommended, particularly for younger children. We are not liable for any injury resulting from misuse of our products or use contrary to the age guidelines.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Thinkly's total liability for any claim arising from a purchase shall not exceed the amount paid for the product in question.

We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our products or website.
